Terms of participation

1. General terms and conditions

STAUF Klebstoffwerk GmbH (hereinafter "STAUF"), Oberhausener Str. 1, 57234 Wilnsdorf, is organising a promotion during the promotional period.

Promotional period: 05/04/2024 until 17/05/2024
The closing date is 17/05/2024 at 23:59:59 hours

Only natural persons, such as professional processors and layers and their employees, who are 18 years of age or more, resident in Germany or Austria from the flooring industry can participate. Employees of STAUF and its affiliated companies, persons from rival companies, cooperation partners or companies commissioned in connection with this promotion and their relatives are not eligible to participate.

The participant agrees, in the context of the promotion, to provide correct information about his person. If persons, although excluded from participation, still participate, they will not be considered for any prizes.

Legal recourse is excluded.

2. And this is how it works:

2.1 During the promotional period, the participant purchases STAUF Adhesive products (only adhesives are included in the calculation, primers, fillers etc. do not count towards the value of goods to be achieved) directly from his STAUF dealer or from STAUF. If the participant purchases goods amounting to a certain value (a minimum of €500), he can choose a prize which he receives free of charge from STAUF. For the 5 liter party keg with STAUF cooling sleeve, purchases amounting to a minimum net value of €500 are assumed. For the EM Ball Fußballliebe Competition, purchases amounting to a net goods value of at least €750 are assumed. For the JBL Bluetooth Box Charge 5, purchases amounting to a minimum net goods value of €2,000 are assumed.

2.2 Once the participant has reached the respective value of goods, he should upload the corresponding delivery note or invoice to www.stauf.de/wm-aktion2018/. A collection of delivery notes and/or invoices can also be submitted if this leads to a higher value and thus to a more valuable prize. However, the number of awards per participant is limited.

2.3 The uploaded invoices and/or delivery notes shall be checked by STAUF. If the participant is entitled to take part, the prize will be sent to the specified address or handed over by the responsible sales employee.

3. Prämien

3.1 The following prizes are issued to the customer once the specified purchase value of the goods (only adhesives are included in the calculation, primers, fillers etc. do not count towards the value of goods to be achieved) has been reached:

• JBL Bluetooth Box Charge 5(from a minimum net goods value €2,000),
• EM Ball Fußballliebe Competition (from a minimum net goods value of €750),
• 5 liter party keg with STAUF cooling sleeve (from a minimum net goods value of €500)

3.2 Prizes will not be paid out in cash, or exchanged, nor can they be transferred to third parties.

4. Privacy information

4.1 Data processing relating to participation in the promotion
Detailed information on processing of personal data in connection with the promotion is contained in the Information on the Processing of Personal Data ("Privacy Information").

4.2 Data processing in connection with the use of our website
The manner in which personal data is processed in connection with the use of our website is described in the “Privacy Policy for Use of STAUF Website”.

5. Limitation of liability

STAUF reserves the right to restrict or suspend the availability of stauf.de for a temporary period, in particular for technical reasons. This shall not give rise to any claims against STAUF. Any liability of STAUF and its organs, employees, vicarious agents and subcontractors for damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, for whatever legal reason, is - as far as legally permissible - limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. Other terms

6.1 Should individual provisions of these Terms of Participation be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after participation, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid or enforceable provision whose effect comes closest to the objective pursued by STAUF in the invalid or unenforceable provision.

6.2 In addition, STAUF reserves the right to exclude from participation in the promotion persons suspected of using unauthorized aids or otherwise attempting to gain advantage for themselves or third parties through manipulation (invalid delivery notes/invoices). In such cases, the refusal of prizes already promised and also the recovery of the prizes may be considered.

6.3 The entire legal relationship between the participant and STAUF shall be governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
