Adhesive

An adhesive is a substance which can bond materials together through adhesion. The inner strength of a substance is called cohesion. The properties of the bonded materials are not altered by the properties of the adhesive. An adhesive is made up essentially of binding agents, pigments and fillers, additives, and possibly also solvents.
