Equilibrium moisture content

Equilibrium moisture content is the amount of water that remains in the screed or other component and that can only be eliminated or measured through major heating or chemical reactions. If only the equilibrium moisture content is present, a screed is considered cured.  Equilibrium moisture and residual damp are also dependent on the room climate.
