Packaging that has the Interseroh label indicates that the seller of the product has committed to adhering to the “Dualen System Interseroh” (DSI). This means that the manufacturer is responsible for the cost of disposing of the packaging because it has paid a disposal licence fee. This ensures that the empty packaging can be disposed of at no charge to the customer/buyer when they are finished using it. This is another step in the direction of sustainability.
